And sorry to close with some sad news... you may have heard that we recently lost someone special... Sandy was a long time Rouge employee.
She started back in the mid 2000's in the Rouge Cafe until a few years ago when she retired, just as we transitioned to a contracted kitchen.
Most of that time, Sandy was the head cook and cafe supervisor. She was always a smiling face for our members and guests.
